Headline entertainment for the evening will be provided by a Richard Marx with special guest Matt Scannell of Vertical Horizon

The hosts for the evening program will be Mike Pomeranz and Belinda Jensen of KARE 11-TV.

After the evening program, Minnesota’s Steve Millar and Diamondhead will provide a concert and dancing.

Hors D’ Oeuvres:
Asparagus in phyllo with cheese
Teriyaki chicken skewers
Bruchetta with olive tapenade and roasted peppers
Ahi tuna and cucumber tartlet

Salad:
Sweet Corn Flan with Apple Waldolf Chutney and Mixed Greens Salad

Entrée:
Boneless Short Rib with Port Wine Demi Glaze
Served with Shrimp Cabo Cabo placed on crab cakes

Vegetarian option:
Wild Mushroom Ravioli
Served with mushroom cream sauce and mushroom chips

Dessert:
Apple tart with caramel sauce
Chocolate truffle torte
